Guns N' Roses cake

Vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla butter cream. Hand made and hand painted all edible album cover.. I have seen this one done on flicker I liked it so much I had to make it when a customer asked me to do a Guns N' Roses cake.. I simplified it to make it quicker and cheaper to make. I loved the end result.
