Gum Paste Flowers Contest

Made for my Mom's birthday. Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling, sage colored buttercream. Wrapped in chocolate and topped off with a "fresh" gumpaste rose and chocolate "S" (her name is Shirley Rose).
