Graduation Cake

Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting and covered in fondant. It is a year book and graduatio cap with gumpaste diploma. The bottom part of the cap is a cake and the top is cardboard covered in fondant. I had made the top of the cap in gumpaste but it did was not dry enough on the day of the party and it broke.
