I dont think so, i use that alot . sometimes ya may need to sift the sugar.

I made a BC recipe with Crisco and Walmart powdered sugar and it turned out grainy. Do you think it was the Walmart PS? Thanks for the recipe.

Sure, I use 2# bad powdered sugar, 1 cup Crisco (and ONLY crisco) 1tsp clear butter flavoring, 1/2 c. warm water. Depending if they want an extra buttery tast, then I will add 1/2 c. butter.

If you add a lot of powdered sugar to buttercream, you can make it moldable Faith.

I have had so many people say they hated the taste of Fandant so I do all my work from buttercream icing. So far so good..lol.

The date was wrong on my camera, I just made this one on May 29th, for Jaxon's Kindergarden graduation.
