Grad Cake

This is my first "ordered" cake. I made it as a gift to the graduate. This was fun. Checkerboard cake filled with chocolate ganache, covered in MMF. Royal icing flowers. The grad cap and camera are gumpaste. The duck is sculpted from candy clay. May 2010
