Golf Bag Cake - 625F
This is Carrot cake with cream cheese filling and frosting.. its covered in Fondant.. it turned out so good but my camera broke so i only have a few pic. its the size of a jr golf bag. The pockets are rice crispy treat cover in chocolate the covered in fondant.. those suckers when fast everyone loved them.. My husband made me a stand the legs on this is just for looks.. the golf clubs are made of gum paste. People could not believe this was a cake, to be honest i had a hard time too. the towel is fondant. the other side has a pocket as well but you can't photo both sides and I think this was a better pic.. golf balls are white chocolate. I even made the tees on the board. Gumpaste.

Ok I have looked everywhere for the pic I have of the structure and I can't find them. I can say the very bottom is foam then some rice crispies because I didn't need that much cake. It's fill and stack every 3 cakes it gets a foam core board so it doesn't smash and repeated thought out.
I am going to keep looking for the pic. I know I have them somewhere. And if I think of anything I will share it.

Kathleen, i always give a week starting with things that need to dry then making cakes 1/2 thought So I assembled it in about 2-3 days That's just because I had the time

Wow thanks all of you. Lucia, I do somewhere I will look for it.. Right now I am not home but when I get home I will see what I can find. I wanted to post some other views of it as well. I made a putter it just not in this pic.

It was tough choosing between this and the basketball on the finger. The latter gets my kudos for construction, but I picked this golf bag as my favorite overall cake. Lots of great detail. Awesome!
