I did use the frig at my daughters old work and it killed my cake and it was a beverage frig with high humidity

Yes it's is. I have never had it melt. This is Fondarific and I believe some satin ice But I have put marshmallow in too and modeling chocolate. Maybe it's the humidity.

this is in the frig ? if i put fondant in the frig , it melts !
