Polka Dot Madagascar Birthday Cake

Bottom cake is 8 inch yellow cake with butter cream icing and the top cake is 6 inch Devil Food Chocolate cake with butter cream icing. The balls accented around the bottom of each cake is made to look like gum balls - made from fondant. The birthday boy was super excited about his cake and the mom said it was the highlight of the party which made me very happy.
