Goin' Bananas!
I was asked to create a cake for the kick-off of an online cake contest commemorating the release of Buddy Valastro's (Cake Boss) book in October, 2010. This was the result. He was SO much fun to do! All fondant decorations, including the banana leaf platter under the cake.
