Did this one following Amelia Carbine's tutorial on cakefu. Turned out a lot better than I expected, so I am very pleased with it!

wow - that's a stunner Bonnie!
Oh Sandra, sweet Sandra, you can only imagine how much this means to me! Wow, what a compliment! And I don't think you are kidding!
Yes, I used gumpaste, home made.
And I want to thank the rest of you again, and properly, for your many compliments on this rose.
xoxo {;o)
Oh wow, Bonnie, this rose is perfect! For many years I was a national exhibitor and judge for the American Rose Society and this baby could win the Queen of Show (top award)! Did you use gum paste?
A great big 'thank you' is headed your way June!
Betty, Betty, Betty! Buttercream roses are the 'bread & butter' of roses. I love them because they not only look, & taste, terrific, they are so much easier to make. The need for them will never perish! lol
Another pic of the same rose, o'naturale! lol
Pretty !!!! You guys are putting my butter cream flowers to shame. I need to try this. :)
It was fun, and I did enjoy doing it. But not as much as you do!!
That looks wonderful. I bet you are hooked now.
