My boss's daughter wanted a stand up giraffe cake for her birthday. I told her I was not sure I could do that and she replied, "yes you can I saw it on cake boss!". Well this is what I came up with. It is buttercream icing on the body of the giraffe. Their is a dowel covered in RKT and then covered in fondant for the neck. the legs and head are foam covered in fondant. All the details are fondant. Thank you for looking!
