giraffe support
I used this pvc pipe for support. just cut a slit in it, heated it up folded it over and flattened it out, then cut the shape of the head out with a jigsaw.

No problem, I was amazed how the cake held up. I made it for a party in July and had to transport form New Jersey to New York, about a 45 min drive. that support worked out better thaan i wanted.
