Giraffe cake - 1130F
I made this for my sister-in-laws 50th birthday, it was a Christmas in July party,The body is made of vanilla sponge cake with bavarian cream filling, the neck and head are molded rice krispie treats. I covered it all with a 50/50 mix of ivory modeling chocolate and ivory fondant. The neck and head have a PVC support pipe, up through the middle of it.
