Gingerbread House Cake

A House of Ginger Cake with Ginger Cream Cheese Frosting wrapped in fondant, then airbrushed to look like gingerbread! Decorated with Royal Icing and assorted dragees, jimmies and sugar ornaments. The trees are sugar cones covered in Royal Icing. The snow is vanilla buttercream. The snowmen are vanilla fondant that have been airbrushed with a pearl. If you look closely, you can see the snowmen roasting marshmallows off the ends of their branch arms/hands!! My nod to Calvin & Hobbes ... ;)
