thank you for replying Richard; I've actually sent you an email about it a while ago. I still think I want to work with chocolate someday soon. I will def. get your DVDs. you do an amazing job with all cakes and your art.

Richard, is chocolate easy to work it as fondant?

Hi Tracy. Glad you liked the cake. The bow and the wrapping paper are all made from modeling chocolate (which is great for vivid colors). -r
