Ha - Turbo Mixer huh?  Now you're just showing off!  I do agree about the kids 3D cakes, they are fun to do and are so appreciated.  My granddaughter is well known at school for having 'the nanny that makes the cakes'.

I am fully equiped and have a turbo mixer ! but I cannot divulge how I use them , only show you the results !!

Yes....this makes all the frustration worth it. When customers, friends & family remember a particular cake you made years afterwards.  :o)

Thank you Linda and your right , I have some of my customers talking about cakes I have done a couple of years ago and even forgot myself
