Thank you for your nice comment. It was my first gelatin flower. I've done another since then. I've learned that they darken as they dry so go lightly on the coloring. It looks red, but it was actually a very dark pink. I used three drops of color for it. The new one took one drop. In the fresh state of the flower, it can be bent and molded into the desired shape. After it dries, there's no manipulating because it dries hard.

Lovely. I have seen this demonstrated. Still to do it. Maybe for Christmas cake?
