The ice cubes are just rock candy chunks. I don't like using finely crushed rock candy for health reasons. It gets mixed in with the icing and people can cut their mouths or choke on the bits. The chunks of rock candy can easily be removed by whomever is serving the cake. Easy, Easy, Easy. You can do it too! Bottles are hard candy cooked w/ sugar, corn syrup, and a bit of water. Cook to about 300 degrees (hard crack stage) and then poured into silicone plastique molds that I made.

Again, really cool cake! are the bottles real? I cant tell, lol. if not then how are they done. l love how the ice cubes look real
