Hi Chona,i used 100g whipping 20 g butter,100 g chocolate, place in bowl and boil them together but not directly on the flame, simmer with water underneath the bowl

your cake is fantastic! i wonder how did you make the chco icing? it didn't drip. it looks glossy and wet and yet no dripping at all...can you share?
