Thank you all for your kind comments! The top of his hat is RKT with a fondant covered cake board brim. Everything else is edible cake and fondant. He also had a little corncob pipe that didn't make the picture. I wanted him to be a vintage Frosty from the song - which then rang in my silly head for days!  No carving, just hand sculpted using a nice thick coat of icing under the fondant and my hands to form his little face.

I am still amazed at this guy each time I look at him. Is he all cake or did you use RKT for part of him? So cute!

He is beautiful - I'd love to add him to my Christmas decorations and bring him out of the box each year. What a super snowman :) x
