Fraisier cake
saw the recipe for this one on the great british bake off tv programme its supposed to be a difficult one to make (it isn't) so I thought i'd give it a go for last nights dinner party.
a layer of sponge then strawberries set in creme patissiere another layer of sponge then a thin disc of marzipan finished with more strawberries piped chocolate and dusted with icicng sugar. mmmm so yummy!!!!
