Awesome...what makes this fun in a job that I know can bring you to tears many days of the week is that we are always growing and learning..but getting involved in a creative and fun show makes those days just seem insignificant....will be watching :)

I totally agree the judges are critical but constructive for your betterment..I think it was awesome you did it!
Mucho props to you...hope to see you on again...Will be cheering on our own florida sugar artist!!!!! Woohoo!

Thank You Sweet Art Cakes!!!!! It was a lot of fun :-). Would do it all over again. The judges were great. Of course no cake is perfect but judging time although nerve wrecking is a very humbling experience. One can just go and absorb all in...at the end of the day, the judges have the best interest at heart for all of us and they just want us to learn and push ourselves to be better.
