Island Tiki Cake
10" single cake iced in buttercream, and 6" single cake covered in cookie crumbs for sand. Tiki hut, torches and trees are not edible. Tiki god was made of tootsie rolls. Flowers were royal icing; seashells and starfish were white chocolate brushed with pearl dust.
