Hi Tammy, I drew out a saw on a piece of paper and made the template because I couldn't find a cutter I liked.  I used chocolate fondant and painted the metal part with silver paint.  For the rulers I used a ribbon cutter and cut long strips and cut them to about and inch and used edible markers to make the lines.  I had to make a couple hundred so it was time consuming for the saws, but it was worth the reaction we got!

How did you do the saws and tape measures on these cupcakes they are so cute I have been looking for something to put on my  husbands cake and these are just too cute everyone callsd him Mr. Fix It because they call and he can fix anything
