Fondant Fetish - The Dolphin Under the sea cake
This is the cake that started my business. I have always made cakes for family and friends, but since my son started school interest has increased in my cakes. One of the Mum's asked me to make a magical underwater cake to include dolphins for her older daughter and the response was overwhelming. Hope you like it too.

Thanks again Anne. This is the cake that launched a 1000 cakes. When people saw this one the order book had to be opened up. Just a hobby baker up until that point :)
