Fondant Fetish - Grandma 'Gooners' Arsenal cake - 95 years old

This was a wheat free/Gluten free carrot cake sandwiched with cream cheese frosting and covered in fondant. The scarf is also fondant and fringing was made by putting soft fondant through a potato ricer.
