My trusty 12" square cake pan comes to the rescue again.
A White Angel food cake, three stacks high and filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and fresh raspberries. Covered in the same buttercream and handmade embellishments added. Tappits were used for the wording. The Cross was handmade without the use of a mould. Hope you like it.

They are tricky little suckers aren't they, the tappits.  I would say that 70% of the time, I wasn't getting them out properly.  Then I discovered that if I had the icing a bit harder, they came out better.  Still need a lot of practice though.

Thanks Katy, its the Funky upper and lower case letters. I piped royal icing on the edges to give it more depth and added the swirly dot from the letter 'i' to the capitals and added silver holographic glitter for extra interest (being that this is a cake reliant on what it says).

Pleased you like it - think I have the tappits sussed now :) x

Tracy, I love that font on the lettering.  What tappits is it?
