The coach. I wanted it to be really regal, but still something my four year old daughter could relate to. Lots of gold! Yeah! The ball cake was covered in fondant and then I added details with royal icing. The wheels & finial are made from gumpaste.

Thank you Elizabeth, im so happy that so many people have liked this one. I will get it sent to you on Saturday. I hope my written instruction will be ok, I didn't take step by step photos. If there is something tricky I might re do it & photograph, but it shpuld be ok without :) x

I absolutely love this!  My daughter is such a fan of Cinderella!  She will be turning 10 in a few weeks & I agree with Naheed, I would love to make this for her!  Would it be possible for you to email me the details of how you made this?  You have a true eye for detail & such a knack for decorating!  BEAUTIFUL CAKE!  :0)

Thank you June, I took some of Brooke with the cake. In fact one of them is in the opening of the video that I posted on here of this cake. She loved it - she said it was her best birthday present :)

I made many cakes for my "kids"?? Now 31 & 27. I remember my 1st cake was a Smurfette, & I was up to about 2 am decorating, cause ur had to be perfect. Hmmmm, gee that hasn't changed. Make sure you take lots of pictures of your cakes with your children. I love to look back.....great memories
