3 tiers of gluten free Belgian chocolate cake. Filled with chocolate chip SMBC.
The waterfall is fondant, handpained and glazed with clear piping gel and the rest of the cake is vanilla SMBC with handmade flowerpaste decorations - a light sprinkle of edible glitter finished it off.
