Fondant Fetish - Butterfly Cupcakes

This batch of 6 was made for the birthday girl - she has a wheat/Gluten intollerance and these were a really yummy almost flourless chocolate cake recipe. I use Doves farm flour and even the members of the family that could eat the normal cakes wanted one :)
