Amstel Cake

This cake was created by baking six (6) eight (8) inch round cakes and then slicing them in half and trimming off the other layer. Then placing them side by side and insuring they all lined up, placing the icing on each side and sticking them together. It was huge! Cake was devil food (Choc.) and WASC.
