Graduation
Double chocolate cake with vanilla BC. Cap is RKT with a fondant covered cardboard for the mortar board.

Sorry for my ignorance but could you please say what is RKT is as I have seen it used many times but do not know what it is? Thanks much. Beautiful cake also!!
