Flower Fun
I’ve been working with my paper clay trying to make different flowers. I attempted to make a peony yesterday. Looked at it today, and I just didn’t like the look of it. So decided I would have some fun, highlight the petals with purple, and settle on having a fantasy flower in a pretty vase on my mantle. Will keep trying for that perfect peony….

Hmm....how to explain. It's called art Decco clay. It comes in a package, it feels damp, you manipulate it with your fingers to make petals. Slightly different learning curve from gumpaste. It dries and feels like paper...and it bounces....yes, I said bounces!! It's super cool stuff. Check it out on Pinterest:

When dry it looks and feels like porcelain.
