Horse rider's distaster cake
Vanilla sponge cake which has been decorated with Light Moscavado sugar, cake dowels were used for the jumps and the rider and horse were made from standard fondant icing.

Ha Ha...... too cute. Obviously, has some significance to the receiver of the cake. :o)
