Straberry Cake

Not quite a week before this cake was due I severed the tendon in my left thumb. so needless to say my left hand was bandaged and useable so I had to get someone to help me roll out the red fondant to cover the cake. So the cake is not perfect but I think under the circumstances
it turned out pretty well.
