Princess cake
So many challenges and I had such a frustrating time with this one. Glad it's done. This is the biggest cake I've done (14", 12", 10"). White velvet for top and bottom and chocolate sour cream in the middle and is ohhhh so heavy. I had to get hubby to get it back into the frig.

Thank you Sandra!!! It barely fits - I had to take out two of the shelves to get it in. I had to move it in and out while I was working on it so it wouldn't get to soft. After I got the second tier on, I put it back in frig but couldn't do anymore to it till hubby got home to get it back out for me.

It is beautiful, Becky! I think non-cake folks never appreciate the weight of cake...it weighs a ton. You were lucky to have to space in your refrigerator!
