Fern
"Fern" Wedding Cake is a tier on tier cake iced in Buttercream and covered in Fondant. The cake is hand embellished with Buttercream "Fern" leaves on each tier. The top is adorned with a spray of gum paste flowers.

Thanks! I don't know where these particular flowers were made. I don't always have time to make them. The base of the fern is a #18.

Are the gum paste flowers the ones from the Phillipens? Ilove the ferns, did you use a #32 to pipe them first? Such a lovely effect.
