Thank you for the compliments. This was executed by our Team Lead for the TLC Ultimate Cake Off, Anna. The green was actually done with cutters. We tinted the fondant. The dots were hand embellished with a mixture of luster dust and lemon extract.

This cake is just beautiful! Can you tell me how you did the green decorations? I am assuming the dots were either painted with luster dust or they are already colored. But I love the green designs and how cleanly done they are.
