Multi-layer cheesecake

Apple pie with crumb topping?  I guess that's what we would call an apple crumble.  One of Mick's all time favourites (with ice cream and cream of course lol!)

Thanks Katy.  I tried to combine both her loves...chocolate & cheesecake.  Also made an apple pie with crumb topping since her boyfriend can't have dairy and the cookout is for his birthday.  Needless to say, both are very happy.  He loves my apple pie and had no idea I was making it for him.
