Family Christmas cake
For the family Christmas cake I decided to practice doing figures. I think this is what I will focus on improving in the coming year.

Thank you Betty & Sandra. Betty I did that technique with wafer paper on top of the fondant. Wasn't planned but after coloring the fondant it had a very weird consistency that would not allow for a smooth finish. Quickly decided on doing that and was happy with the result. Sandra, the snow was done on the board was done with fondant that I left out to dry rock hard then used a grater. Really like the effect.
