This cake is absolutely beautiful.  The detail in each and every piece is perfect. Even the coloring is spot on.  I would feel so bad if I was the one who had to cut into it first.   Thank you so much for posting the photo showing the cake "in progress".  It certainly shows just how much is involved in making a cake like this.
