This chocolate cake with peanut butter filling was decorated with gum paste calla lilies and bittersweet berries/flowers. The berries and leaves were dipped in a corn syrup and alcohol solution to make them shiny. The stems of the lilies and bittersweet were all wrapped with floral tape. Butter cream scroll work and bead border also adds to the decoration of this cake
