Bottom tier - spicy carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Edged with lace mould dusted in antique gold and pearl lustre. Gladiolus spray (thank you Shaile) tied with gold ribbon ('cos I didn't like the look of the stem!) and gold pillars.

Thanks Linda so much.  The flowers were actually a 3rd practice run, but they came out so well I thought, why fix what ain't broke?  First time with a mould and I really liked it - very easy to use.
