I already had the makings of a Red Velvet coming to room temperature, then you went and posted a cheesecake!! and Gali posted a Lime cake!  Makes my Red Velvet somewhat of a let down!

FYI:  Those fans are a pain in my 'arse'!!  Not cold enough, they stick together, too cold, they are way too brittle to handle.  I only had ONE that acted right, the middle one in the front row.  But the imperfect  chocolate fans did not go to waste, know what I mean???? lol

June, I guess you can tell that I had to remove the 'Happy Birthday' part?!  The 'June' was OK, but for the rest..., just didn't happen right, sorry!  Will do better next year, maybe...
