Keeping Cool! - 625F
This is an orange pound cake with vanilla buttercream filling covered with fondant and decorated with "tiles" made from fondant with CMC. I was asked to make a cake for a woman who was celebrating a birthday as well as going to Australia for a seniors amateur swim meet. I made this cake using the technique Lindy Smith features in her book "Cakes to Inspire and Desire".
