Engagement Party Heart Cake

Heart cake for my daughter's Engagement Party Lemon cake with lemon mousse and raspberry filling. Decorated with an array of flowers I made for my class. Had just bought a set of crimpers so tried one out on the edge-not too bad for my first attempt!
