Chocolate cupcakes frosted with chocolate frosting.. melted white chocolate caps {used muffin tins} Under the caps is a pink or blue baby booties .. flowers and everything that was frosted was with butter-cream ..

Wow, I haven't seen cupcakes with chocolate caps before...what a neat idea! Good job...your cupcakes are going into my favorites.
