Elephant Birthday Cake

My first cake I donated to Icing Smiles. It was even more special to me because this was for my cousin, HJ. :) He was turning 2 this past weekend and I heard that his toy elephant, "Wubby", is his most favorite thing in the world. So, that is what I set out to make! :) Everything is edible besides the actual head- Ears, trunk, arms, legs, stars,bow, number 2 and the party hat are all edible! The payoff for the whole thing was when HJ saw the cake and said "Wubby"! So I think I got it right. :)
