HI Diana,

I've just been asked to make a gluten free cake as a smaller cake to acompany a bigger birthday cake. I hope the horror I felt inside at being asked didn't creep onto my face lol. This cake looks delicious, I wonder if you would share your recipe with me. It will be for a 6-8 inch cake, so hopefully the recipe will be the same for a larger cake. I would really apreciate it if you could let me know, or point me in the right direction online to find it. Many thanks. Tracy x
