bottom sheet cake is a cherry chip(box)with white chocolate macadamia ganache(added flavoured creamer instead of just plain heavy cream)covered in a non-dairy topping, they like the light fluffy taste. Then covered in lots of candy and fondant flowers.the hands and ears are white chocolate.

To make the bunny I used a small round cookie cutter to cut cake for the legs.I did them three high, and cut one in half for foot. For the body I baked four 6 in round cakes, then cut to angle body. The head was 3 peices of cake cut with a 3in round cookie cutter, then trimmed to angle. The ears and arms are white chocolate. Then just decorated with fluffy icing, put alittle more on for the nose and mouth. It was held together by putting wooden dowels from the legs to the body, then one through the head to the body...I seen it done on Cake boss, but much larger..Hope that helps,if not let me know what else you need..Really enjoyed making it and the kids loved eating it.

I'd love to know how you created the bunny. I have my thoughts but would like them verified :)
